is also requested prior to representation of a candidate
for a specific role, this will be obtained prior to any
submission of their details, again to avoid any possibility

On site Interviewing Facilities:
As part of Inspired Recruitments commitment to service,
on site interviewing facilities are available, which are
private rooms within purpose-designed offices. These facilities
offer clients the opportunity to meet candidates without
any potential distractions which may occur if both parties
meet at a client site. This will also remove some of the
nerves as both candidate and client will be meeting on neutral
territory. This service is only recommended for the first
meeting, any subsequent meeting will be held on the client
site, this way the candidate will get a good understanding
of the environment they may ultimately work in.
On site Client Visits:
A dedicated consultant will be available to visit the client
site, at anytime during the recruitment process. This will
ensure that they are fully aware of the requirements, working
environment, culture, current team members etc. This will
