Inspired Recruitment's engineering division operate using vertical technical streams, to clients this means having a dedicated recruitment specialist working with all requirements. The engineering division operates in both the Permanent & Contract markets, throughout the UK and Europe, and cover the following areas.

On site payroll facility:

At inception Inspired recruitment ensured it was responsible for payroll of its own candidates and those employed on behalf of its clients. This has remained the case as Inspired recruitment has expanded, and it is a service of which it can be proud.

Inspired recruitment feel this service is of paramount importance, given it is not necessary for a third party to become involved in the relationship. This gives many benefits including, more competitive margins (as fewer parties involved), better accuracy on pay, faster and more efficient payment of outstanding monies and one point of contact for every aspect of your employment/service contract.

Inspired recruitment are also happy to provide payroll services to companies who feel outsourcing of this facility may be a more cost effective option to running payroll internally.

For our clients, this means that Inspired can make them aware of market trends, candidate value and availability and can offer professional and up-to-date advice.

Contractor care programme:

The engineering team recognise the significance and value that engineering professionals bring to Inspired Recruitment, as well as to clients. Engineering professionals are supported throughout the term of the assignment with clients and Inspired Recruitment will do everything to ensure the smooth running of the assignment.

Technical Pre-screening:

To avoid submitting candidates to clients, where the needs do not match, Inspired Recruitment's engineering team will review skills with candidates to ensure technical compatibility. Candidates will also be aware of the clients being represented to ensure the avoidance of CV duplication. Written confirmation is also requested before representation of a candidate for a specific role, this will be obtained prior to any submission of details, again to avoid any possibility of duplication.

On site Interviewing Facilities:

As part of Inspired's commitment to service, on site interviewing facilities are available, which are private rooms within purpose-designed offices. These facilities offer clients the opportunity to meet candidates without any potential distractions. This will also remove some of the nerves as both candidate and client will be meeting on neutral territory. This service is only recommended for the first meeting, any subsequent meeting will be held on the client site, this way the candidate will get a good understanding of the environment they may ultimately work in.

On site Client Visits:

A dedicated consultant will be available to visit the client site, at anytime during the recruitment process. This will ensure that they are fully aware of the requirements, working environment, culture, current team members etc. This will have the effect that Inspired Recruitment will have an exact specification as to the skills required and the type of person most suitable for all requirements.
