RF Team Leader

Hands on R&D team leader required to lead a team of experienced engineers in the research and development of Antennas and RF subsystems at HF, VHF and UHF within a military communications environment.

Your previous experience must include an ability to design and develop prototype antennas and RF circuits from first principles as this will continue to be part of your role. Ideally you will have lead at least a small team of project engineers in one of your previous opportunities.

Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are a must as is the ability to interface daily with customers and other project teams. For more information on the job specification and the client send your CV.
