AWR – Impact assessment overviews now available
Inspired recruitment is keeping fully appraised of developments with the AWR legislation in order to ensure that its clients and candidates are well briefed and well prepared for the changes.
Whilst there are still many unanswered questions and many various interpretations of the legislation, guidelines and legislation overviews are now being issued.
Obviously Inspired Recruitment is happy to assist where possible and will be able to give an outline of what the regulation encompass, and the potential impact for clients and candidates although we are strongly advising clients and candidates who are unsure of the impact of the regulations, and whether it will affect them, to seek legal advice prior to the October 2011 deadline.
