Inspired Recruitment is proud to announce that its application for corporate membership to ATSCo (Association of Technology Staffing Companies) has been accepted.
ATSCo are an association that prides itself on recognising, supporting and promoting excellence within the Technology Staffing Sector providing clients and candidates with peace of mind when dealing with companies who display the ATSCo logo.
Unlike other industry associations ATSCo membership cannot be obtained simply by applying and paying a fee. All potential members must go through numerous checks, including providing a large number of client and candidate references, before being interviewed and finally placed in front of a panel for final acceptance.
In addition to the obvious value this quality assurance gives it also offers a full complaints procedure and help line to clients and candidates of ATSCo members, should they require assistance they feel Inspired Recruitment is unable to help them with, or if they feel Inspired Recruitment has not delivered a service to the standard expected.
ATSCo also provide their members with full legal support in addition to offering group forums, political monitoring, compliance advice, effective communication (both with fellow members and with clients/candidates other associations) and an effective close relationship within the government and other legislative bodies, throughout the UK and Europe.
