Inspired Recruitment agrees long-term ICT outsourcing contract with Desktop Support Solutions.
Inspired Recruitment are delighted to announce they have signed a new long-term agreement with Desktop Support Solutions, which will see them outsource all their ICT requirements with immediate effect.
Nick Hardisty, of Inspired Recruitment, said, “This is a partnership with which Inspired Recruitment have been happy for many years. We have always used Desktop with our infrastructure management and more major technical issues but have decided that all our ICT will now be fully outsourced. It makes complete commercial sense to Inspired Recruitment as it ensures our ICT infrastructure is as stable and future-proof as possible, essential in our sector, and also provides us with a full disaster recover plan, with all our data now stored remotely, offsite. In such uncertain times it also seemed logical given it is a service which provides real cost savings, whilst giving us access to an ICT resource an internal department of our own could not offer, without considerable costs”.

We are noticing a lot more clients, new and existing, are moving towards outsourcing. The economic downturn could be partly attributable to this, as outsourcing presents a real money saving opportunity; however the main motivation seems to be the access clients get to a wider range of technical skills and also the benefits an outsourced, remote solution presents”.
