The REC has been working intensively with the Treasury and HMRC to
ensure that new legislation on Managed Service Companies (companies
which limited company contractors may work through) does not adversely
affect the recruitment industry and those associated with it, i:e Limited
Company Contractors.

- Indicators on when a service provider may be a MSC provider
