2nd/3rd Line Support Technician

Based at the Manchester head office of a large, national company. Due to growth and expansion we are seeking an experienced 2nd/3rd line support technician to join the team of 5.
Working on Exhange and Windows 2000 Servers and using XP Desktop and Office 2003 you will provide both remote access and field-based support to satellite offices throughout the north-west region.
The successful candidate will hold previous experience of both desktop support and server maintenance experience.
Salary around £22,000 but will be fleixble.
