RF Design Engineer

My client in a global leader in the test and measurement instrumentation marketplace and they have a new opportunity for a experienced RF Design Engineer.

The successful applicant will be part of an accomplished team working on the development of modular and stand-alone RF instrumentation hardware with specific responsibility for circuit and system level design, RF design, analogue baseband circuit design as well as design validation and testing.

You will have proven experience of working as an RF or Microwave Design Engineer as well as having a good understanding of system level issues involving digital hardware and control software.

It is essential to have been educated to degree level or equivalent in Electronic Engineering as well as having good written English skills and good communication kills.

Summary of Key Skills:
Circuit & System level RF Design.
Analogue baseband circuit design.
RF or Microwave circuit design.
Use of RF Test Gear.
Diagnostic & Measurement techniques.
C++ or visual basic experience.

Job Type: Contract
Location: Stevenage
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Contract 3 month rolling (9 months total)
Salary: £30-£40 per hour
