In addition we work closely with both our I.T. and Property & Estates departments to ensure that we can continue to offer a dedicated service across additional business areas.
On site Client Visits:
Your dedicated consultant will be available to visit you at your site, at anytime during the recruitment process. This will ensure that they are fully aware of your requirements, working environment, culture, current team members etc. This will have the effect that Inspired Recruitment
will have an exact specification as to the skills required and the type of person most suitable for your requirements.
On site Interviewing Facilities:
As part of our commitment to service, we offer on site interviewing facilities, which are private rooms within our purpose-designed offices. These facilities offer clients the opportunity to meet candidates without any potential distractions when you meet on your own site. We
feel this will also remove some of the nerves as both candidate and client will be meeting on neutral territory. We only recommend this service for the first meeting, any subsequent meeting will be held on your site, this way the candidate will get a good understanding of the environment they may
ultimately work in.

In such a fast paced industry, changes can happen quickly. With our understanding of retail trends, and our involvement in the industry we are able to identify and communicate useful information such as; salary trends, industry standards, skill set shortages, transferable skill
sets and regional variances.
