His aim is to ensure that you only ever receive the kind of service that you would expect from one of the UK's leading independent recruitment agencies and adopts an extremely hands on approach, working as part of the team in various areas of the business.

Sam Bailey - Senior Consultant

Sam joined Inspired Recruitment in order to focus on delivering recruitment solutions within the Retail & Brands sector.

With over 10 years experience in the Retail & Brands industry, Sam has worked within global organisations across both Retail and Sales functions.

Sam has enjoyed success in her recruitment career by delivering excellent standards of service to both clients and candidates, ensuring the solution she offers is both professional and accurate. A first hand understanding and knowledge of the industry allows us to take a commercial approach to recruitment and Sam focuses on the building long-term relationships with clients, by understanding an organisation as well a role she able to complete assignment both quickly and accurately. Sam is particularly successful in sourcing candidates for positions, which are either proving difficult to fill or require urgent completion.

Katie Stewart - Office Manager

Katie is a qualified recruitment consultant who understands every aspect of the business and the full recruitment life cycle. She is responsible for the smooth running of all office functions and monitoring all performance levels to ensure that our high levels of service are always delivered.
